DiePro Die Protection System

The FLODRAULIC DiePro die protection system can help prevent costly die repairs and press downtime. With our simple to use system, misaligned parts, improper part/scrap ejection, misfeeds and material buckling can be detected before serious damage is done to the die or press. When a problem is detected the DiePro system signals a stop to the press.

Simplicity and Versatility

The FLODRAULIC DiePro system allows the operator to select from multiple input

configurations and stop signal types. Each type has ‘on screen’ help descriptions and examples. The TEACH function screen allows the actual turn on/off angles of the sensor to be viewed and adjusted. This feature takes the guess work out of angle (view window) set up.
